Hi, Nerian forum

I'm using SceneScanPro, and i want to get color image.
I followed your manual, but couldn't get a color image.
Currently, only black and white images are obtained,
I'm wondering if my camera settings are preventing me from getting color images.
I will attach an image of the device setting.
And if possible, please tell me how I can get a color image.

Hi,

according to your screenshot, your Karmin3 camera is a Mono model, so you will not be able to receive a color image from it. Karmin3 is available with monochrome and color image sensors. For depth measurement accuracy, monochrome sensors are preferred due to the superior image quality (higher sharpness, less noise). If you need color information for your image processing, however, you need a color model.
