Hi, I'm a Korean PhD student.
I'm using SceneScan Pro.
I have attached a screenshot showing that when I view the preview at the IP address, it works well. However, when I turn on NVcom, the scene does not appear even though the status is OK.
Additionally, when I run the C++ code in Visual Studio that references the VisionTransfer library, it does not collect any data from the camera. For example, when I run all_events_example.cpp, it only shows "DeviceParameters connection state change: DISCONNECTED."
Please help me

Hi,
according to your screenshot, Jumbo frames are enabled on the device. Can you please verify that Jumbo are also enabled on the host PC? Please see the current manual on page 13:

Also, according to your screenshot you are running a recent version of NVCom, but a fairly old firmware on SceneScan. I would recommend updating the firmware to rule out compatibility issues. You can get the latest firmware on our downloads page:
